HR Advisor
Location; Yorkshire
(Will be required to travel to sites in Blackburn, Burnley and Speke)
Salary; £30,000- £35,000 Depending on experience
Working for a Leading national Service and OutSourcing Company you will be based on sites at a key client based in Yorkshire .
The ideal candidate will need to have had experience as an HR Advisor having worked with either Service Driven organisation ideally with some connection to Facilities services.
- This role will require the Advisor to work standalone at times so good communication and knowledge of General HR Compliance are essential .
- This role provides a great deal of variety including Recruitment support, Monitoring of reports to analyse problem areas and monthly Data , ER Advice and attendance at hearings as well as acting as a Super User in concern to deadline of reporting information.
- This role will be able to provide a level of flexibility in concern to Working from home for parts of the working week as and when the Business needs allow.
Candidates must Hold full UK driving licence
