Static Shift M&E Engineer
Location: NW1
Salary: Up to £45k per Annum
Shifts: 4 on 4 off Days & Nights
Urgently looking for an experienced M & E engineer to deliver a highly professional, customer focused service for our FM Provider across a high-profile static contract in London.
Duties (Not limited to):
- To ensure that all equipment and services are maintained and operated in a safe condition to comply with Health & Safety
- Fault find and carry out repairs on all mechanical / electrical systems and HVAC equipment
- Check and inspection of electrical/mechanical building plant equipment (chillers, AHU, HVAC, FCU, cooling towers & boilers, etc)
- Respond to re-active works.
- Carry out routine pre planned & reactive maintenance for example L8 water tap temp, fire alarm testing when required
- Keep all documents up to date
Experience/Qualifications/Skills:
- NVQ/ City & Guilds Level 3
- Experience with electrical/mechanical systems and equipment
- City & Guilds 2394 / 2395 or 2391 Electrical Testing & Inspection would be desirable
- Experience in commercial settings
