Static Shift Maintenance Electrician
Location: NW1
Temp - Perm
Salary up to £45k per Annum
4 on 4 off Days & Nights
Urgently looking for an experienced Commercial Electrician to deliver a highly professional service for our FM Provider based in London.
Duties
- Carry out routine pre planned & reactive maintenance for example L8 water tap temp, fire alarm testing etc
- Physical fault finding as required
- Carry out modifications and installations as and when required.
- Complete any required paperwork and reports accurately and on a timely basis.
- Check and inspection of electrical equipment (knowledge of AHU'S, FCU'S etc)
Criteria
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Apprenticeship
- 17th/18th Edition
- Basic mechanical knowledge is desirable but not essential
- Previous experience in commercial settings
Suitable training and up-skilling - May be given, as and when required
