Successful, independent recruitment agency is looking for ambitious individuals to join their busy team.
Training will be provided to the successful candidate, however recruitment experience would be a definite advantage.
We are looking for:
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence in talking on the phone
- Organisation
- Determined individuals looking to hit targets
The role includes:
- Advertising on job boards
- Calling candidates and discussing the role essentials
- Submitting candidates to the team for assessing.
- Updating inhouse system with candidate information.
