Static Shift Mechanical Engineer
Location - Trafford Area (Greater Manchester)
Temp to Perm
Salary; £18ph
Shift work (7am -3.30pm & 13.30pm - 22pm)
Urgently looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to deliver a highly professional, customer focused service for our FM Provider on a High-Profile contract based in the Trafford area.
Duties
- Maintenance of commercial mechanical equipment.
- Good all round knowledge of Building Services operation and maintenance, including; Static UPS, Diesel Generators, Water treatment, HVAC (Cooling Towers, Chillers, Gas Boilers, Air Handling Units, VAV's & Fan Coils)
- Provide a reactive and planned pro-active maintenance (PPM's)
- Recognise and report any faults/issues
- Knowledge of hot and cold water systems
- Complete any required paperwork and reports accurately and on a timely basis.
Criteria
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in working within a commercial environment
