Maintenance Scheduler & Coordinator

Temp to Perm

London: Reading

Hourly rate £13 per hour (£27,000 per annum)

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Looking for a Maintenance Scheduler & Coordinator to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance company based in Reading on a fast paced contract.

As the , Maintenance Scheduler you're responsible for the planning, coordinating and dispatching of Reactive Works, Raising Purchase Orders, completing work orders and adding log notes.

Duties for the Maintenance Scheduler may include;

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Monitor and prioritise and dispatch work requests
  • Dealing with Invoices/ Raising purchase orders
  • Preparing and submitting quotations and distributing reports.
  • Closing down works making sure SLA's are met
  • Liaising with different departments/teams
  • Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
  • Logging notes to internal systems, recording data and keeping all info up to date
