Lead StaticShift Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical bias)

Location - London Bridge (City of London Area)

Temp to Perm

Salary; £22ph

Shift 4 on 4 off ( Days & Night Shifts)

Urgently looking for an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to deliver a highly professional, customer focused service for our FM Provider on a High-Profile contract.

Duties

  • Fault find and carry out repairs on all mechanical / electrical systems and HVAC equipment
  • Check and inspection of electrical/mechanical building plant equipment (chillers, AHU, HVAC, FCU, cooling towers & boilers, etc)
  • Respond to re-active works.
  • Carry out routine pre planned & reactive maintenance for example L8 water tap temp, fire alarm testing when required
  • Carry out risk assessments & keep all documents up to date
  • Knowledge of Valves, pumps and HVAC equipment, CHP engines, gas boilers and chillers as a means of supplying heat, electricity and cooling

Criteria

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in working within a commercial environment
