Accommodation Manager
Bury St Edmonds
Temp to perm
Full time - Monday to Friday
Hourly rate bracket £19.23 to £24.00 Depending on experience
Our client is a large facilities management company currently working on a high-profile contract. They are looking to appoint an Accommodation Manager to join the team.
The successful accommodation manager will need to complete the following;
- Manage change of occupancy, planned maintenance and reactive maintenance schedule.
- Provide guidance to supervisors regarding the contract to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with stakeholders
- Manage contract expenditure
- Lead team and ensure monthly one to ones take place as well as individual /team engagement weekly
- Provide new starters with adequate induction and training when applicable
- Ensure team are aware of risk assessments available when applicable
- Ensure all supervisors comply with all procedures in place
- Carry out weekly works meeting with direct reports
- Conduct safety audits
- Required to participate in escalation plans and on-call system.
- assist with HR team and helpdesk team
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Full driving licence
- Previous experience within a similar role
If successful candidates will need to go through and pass a high level of security clearance
