Salary: £21,000- £24,000 + commission
Hours: Monday - Friday

Job description
We are looking for a Dutch Customer Service Agent that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be dealing with businesses operating in the transport and logistics industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner and Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Dealing and resolving disputes between customers.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way Seeking opportunities for customers to increase their own business potential Technical issues
- Dealing with inbound/outbound calls
Requirements
- Previous experience in a office based customer support role
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- The ability to communicate with people of all levels within a business.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- The ability to work in a team
- Have strong administration skills
- Excellent customer service experience and be very well organised
