Location- Brighton - Falmer
Monday - Friday 40hrs
Brighton based portfolio looking for a Building Fabric Manager to manage a portfolio of
Residential blocks,
The manager will oversee a small Maintenance team. Attend client meetings, Ensuring Service Level Agreements are met and that Compliance is second to none,
Will have extensive experience/ knowledge about commercial plant equipment and Building Fabric Maintenance
