We have an excellent opportunity for an Electrician who is needed to work full-time on a social housing contract based in Westminster. The contract covers housing repairs and maintenance, so experience in this field is essential. Weekly hours are 8am - 5pm.

Main duties will include:

  • Domestic repairs and maintenance on social housing properties
  • Going in and making properties safe so that repaired maintenance can be booked
  • Diagnosing electrical repairs
  • Fixing small and minor electrical faults


The successful electrician will also be required to work on call outs every 1 in 4 weeks.

17th Edition and 2391/2394/2395 (test & inspect) qualifications and full driving licence are essential requirements for this role.
