Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer
Location - Kent
Monday to Friday - 40 hours + (on call rota)
Salary up to £37,000 (depending on experience)
Temp to Permanent
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer working on a contract based within Kent, Handling all maintenance issues on Commercial plant equipment within commercial environments.
Please note you must have a driving licence as this is a mobile role.Duties as the Multi Skilled Engineer will include (not limited to):
- Check and inspection of electrical/mechanical building plant equipment (chillers, AHU, HVAC, FCU, cooling towers, boilers etc..)
- Respond to re-active works & possible improvements needed
- Carry out routine maintenance PPM'S
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of M&E building services
- Knowledge of risk assessments/method statements
Electrical Qualifications
- C&G Part A and B OR C&G 236 Pt 1 & Pt 2
- C&G 2330 Level 2 and 3 OR AM1 & AM2 OR C&G 2360 Pt1 & Pt 2
- 17th/18th Edition
- C&G 2391 or 2394/2395 (Desirable)
