Shift Multiskilled Engineer
Location: Wembley
Salary; up to £42,500k
Shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 nights off. (07:00 to 19:00 and 19:00 to 07:00)
Temp to Perm
Urgently looking for a multiskilled engineer to deliver a highly professional, customer focused service for our FM Provider for a high-profile static site in Wembley.
Duties (Not limited to):
- Fault find and carry out repairs on all mechanical / electrical systems and HVAC equipment
- Check and inspection of electrical/mechanical building plant equipment (chillers, AHU, HVAC, FCU, cooling towers, boilers etc..)
- Respond to re-active works.
- Carry out routine pre planned & reactive maintenance for example L8 water tap temp, fire alarm testing etc
- Complete and Issue Permits, Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared & used.
Experience/Qualifications/Skills:
- 17th/ 18th Edition
- C&G/ NVQ Qualification in either Electrical, Mechanical or HVAC
- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role
