Electrical Maintenance Manager
Temp to Permanent/ Permanent
Havant – Surrounding areas
Salary £40,000- £45,000 per annum (plus car or car allowance
Full UK Driving Licence- Van Provided
Our client, a large maintenance company who look after a social housing contract, require an experienced Electrical Manager to join their busy team. The contract is covering Havant & surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will oversee the day to day service delivery of reactive electrical maintenance repairs and projects on a social housing contract, ensuring that contract Service Level Agreements are achieved.
Overseeing the work of Electricians and the Electrical Office support team. This will include leading, co-ordinating, motivating and training team members to meet the required performance standards. You will also be using analytical methods to drive actions for improvement, which requires a good understanding of data analysis using excel spreadsheets.
Including (but not limited too..)
- Providing technical advice, support and guidance to Electricians/Supervisors and escalating issues when necessary.
- Undertaking quality assessments and providing instructions to rectify any snagging, defects and/or uncompleted works.
- Assisting with training and development of electrical staff.
- Quoting for planned works; giving detailed breakdowns and defining exclusions and limitations.
Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- A fully qualified Electrician, with proven knowledge of electrical repairs within a domestic/social housing environment and ideally are 18th Edition qualified
- Awareness of CDM regulations and H&S Training
- Happy to conduct a level of security clearance
