Maintenance Operations Supervisor
Location Manchester and surrounding areas
Salary £32,000- £38,000 Per annum + vehicle

Working for a leading Facilities Management company on a government lead portfolio based in the South East of England
Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of M&E/ PPM activities delivered with responsibilities for the welfare, direct management and administrative processes to support employees within the delivery team.
- Responsible for the delivery of planned and reactive works within area/cluster.
- Provide technical guidance to delivery teams
- Ensure staff are trained to carry out works safely, efficiently and to standard.
- Liaison with Client representatives and customers.
- Provide accurate commercial data to ensure works are completed to time and budget.
- Produce performance measures to ensure that performance indicators, SLA’s and contractual obligations are met if not exceeded
- Undertake quality audit of works in progress and completed.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, Health & Safety, Quality Assurance & Environment.
- Liaise, audit and manage the supply chain.
Desirable/ Essential
- Previous experience working for public service sector client.
- Valid formal Health & Safety qualification e.g. IOSH.
- Holder of a full and valid driving licence.
- Qualified electrical and/or mechanical engineer ( BS7671 qualified, City & Guilds engr, ONC, building services, etc..) or equivalent.
- Both commercially and financially aware.
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will also be required to go through a level of security clearance
