Working for a leading and multi-national facilities management, we have an exciting opportunity for a FM Performance Manager to lead the mobile engineering team.

Your duties:

• Ensure the Service delivery team meets delivery targets
• Accountable for internal and external service delivery through KPI monitoring and SLA's
• Accountable for absence management and productivity across the national engineering team to ensure that adequate cover is available.
• Keep track of absent requests accurately escalating issues to engineers managers as appropriate
• Conducting meetings, listening to any issues and concerns - setting a positive example and showing professional leadership qualities
• Ensure key processes have contingency plans in event of incidents that may affect service delivery
• Review and manage master data across multiple platforms
• Understand contract requirements and provide guidelines / direction to direct reports, field engineers and subcontractors to ensure compliance in relation to KPI's and understanding of FM services
• Responsible for hiring, training and managing employees to give direction on certain job tasks or problems and implementing individual performance reviews/training plans

Health and safety responsibilities

• Follow group and company policies and procedures
• Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety
• Use all work equipment and PPE properly in accordance with training received
