Mobile Maintenance Electrician & AC Engineer
Location Manchester & surrounding areas - VAN PROVIDED
Permanent
Salary; £31,000- £38,000 per annum
Monday – Friday – 40 hrs
Plus call out rota 1 in 3/4
Urgently looking for an experienced Commercial Electrician to deliver a highly professional, customer focused service for our FM Provider across a multi site contract in Manchester and Surrounding Areas.
Duties
- The main focus of the PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) work will primarily focus on but not limited to the following types of works: Emergency lighting tests, tap temperatures, distribution board inspection, occasional work with FCU maintenance and air handling units
- There will be a variety of reactive jobs which will stem out of the above but again not be limited to the above.
- Physical fault finding as required
- BMS experience and Multi-skilling capability within building services is desirable
- Experience of working on Split units, VRV’s, AHU's and chillers
- Installation and operation of engineering equipment in line with operational requirements of the sites; this includes but not limited to: Control systems, Split Units, VRV’s, Chillers, Pressurisation Units, BMS.
Criteria
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Apprenticeship
- 18th Edition Wiring regs.
- Full Valid Driving Licence
- City and Guilds refrigeration and Air Conditioning (6187) Level 2, and City and Guilds 2079
- F-Gas
Suitable training and up-skilling - May be given, as and when required
