Senior Maintenance Administrator
Location Stratford
Monday – Friday 40 hrs per week
0800: 1700 working hours
Rate £13.00- £15.00 per hour
Long term contract/ Temp to Perm opportunities
Reporting to the Contract Manager and being a key member of the Senior Management Team responsibility for interfacing with the client to drive continuous improvement across all hard services activities.
Duties; not limited too;
- Produce appropriate documentation for systems, processes necessary to deliver contract compliance
- Ensure contract compliance through the implementation and management of an effective monitoring system, measuring performance against contractual and business KPI’s, assessing required improvements, and implementing them.
- Liaise with Contract Manager on issues impacting the contract, providing workable solutions as required.
- Provide consultative support to managers in executing their respective processes and initiatives, coaching, and guiding on any areas of improvement.
- Manage the Helpdesk Team Leader & Contract admin
- Create the end of Period report and manage Period Review meeting
- Client contact for CAFM system and Reporting requirements/changes
- Responsible for data and trend analysis as required
- Implement appropriate internal auditing methods to ensure service delivery is compliant with the requirements of the project and corporate governance
- Identify and develop with Service Managers and CAFM manager improvements to PPM and Workflow performance
Candidates must have extensive experience on Maintenance systems and be comfortable on all Microsoft packages
