Re-Worker
Location: Windsor
Start Date: ASAP
Temp to perm
Salary: up to £22,000 per annum
Shifts: Monday - Thursday 08:00 to 16:30
Friday 08:00 to 13:00
We are looking for an experienced Re-Worker to boost our re-work and modification capability.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with advanced rework competency, specifically: BGA, QFN, 0201, and track/pad repair backed up with IPC knowledge.
Overview and responsibilities:
You will be required to carry out rework to a wide range of PCBAs and Final Assemblies. These range from
IPC Class 2 to IPC Class 3 for Automotive and Aerospace customers. Surface mount includes 0201
chip components, BGAs, QFNs to name such devices on test fails, field returns and special customer requests.
Consequently, we need a re-worker who can demonstrate experience and knowledge of fine pitch rework within short timeframes to ensure the effective running of the Test department.
Experience with hand held tools, hot air guns, de-soldering and PDR will be essential; along with the ability to read and interpret circuit drawings and work instructions.
As with most CEM's you may also be asked to assist in other departments if required utilising your specific skillset.
