Call Advisor
Temp; 6 Months
Location; Newcastle upon Tyne (Longbenton)
Hourly rate; £9.50 per hour
Shifts - between the hours of 8:30am – 5pm
Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per weekLooking for a Call Advisor to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance company based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Duties for the Call Advisor may include;
· Handling inbound and outbound calls
· Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
· Prioritising work as appropriate and efficiently
· Provide service to internal and external clients.
· Generic administration duties
