Commercial Plumber
Location; Mobile around M25 (South of river)
Permanent
Salary; £32,000 per annum
Working on a Security sensitive contract based in London urgently looking for a Commercial Plumber to assist with maintenance issues on Commercial plant equipment within the prestigious buildings based in London
Duties for the Mobile Commercial Plumber are as follows
Carry out P.P.M/ Reactive, Service, test, diagnose, repair and calibrate advanced mechanical installations, plant and equipment.
Maintain, install, and operate, mechanical equipment in line with operational requirements of the sites within the site; this includes but not limited to: Pumps, AHU’s, Plumbing Systems, Water Treatment Systems, Pressurisation Units, Heat Exchangers and Calorifiers.
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will be required to go through a high level of security clearance and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.
