Shift Lead Electrician
Location: London W1
Salary; £44,000- £47,000 per annum (includes 10% shift allowance)
Shifts: 2 days, 2 nights - 4 off.
Urgently looking for an experienced Lead Electrician to deliver a highly professional, customer focused service for our FM Provider across a high-profile static contract in London.
Duties (Not limited to):
· Providing technical support and leadership to the shift team.
· Liaising with central helpdesk team / management
· Assist manager/ supervisors when needed i.e., leave, sickness, meetings, training
· Ensure logbooks and service works are compliant.
· Coordinate/alternate leave dates with the shift supervisors to ensure that planned leave is not taken at the same time and the shift team has the required leadership and direction.
· PPM’s / Reactive works
Experience/Qualifications/Skills:
· 17th/18TH Edition
· Experience with electrical/mechanical systems and equipment
· Great communication & leadership skills
