Call Advisor
Temp to perm
Location; Newcastle upon Tyne (Gosforth)
Hourly rate £9.50 per hour
Shifts - between the hours of 6am – 7pm 7.5 hrs per day
1 Saturday in every 12 weeks
Looking for a Call Advisor to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance company based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Duties for the Call Advisor may include;
· Handling inbound and outbound calls
· Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
· Prioritising work as appropriate and efficiently
· Provide service to internal and external clients.
· Generic administration duties
