Hourly rate £15.38 p/h

Mon – Fri 40 Hours p/w

Working for a leading FM company on a Local Authority contract, we urgently require a qualified Plumber to work within 2 sites (walking distance) Engineers in the Kingston Area

Main Responsibilities required from the successful Plumber:

· Perform general plumbing and drainage services to both plant equipment and building equipment.

· Working within a Domestic/ Communal area

· Work toward Pre planned maintenance and reactive jobs

· Assist with Building Fabric maintenance

· Required to identify, rectify, or communicate any deviation from safe operational levels

· during the shift.

· Provide plumbing services to ensure the operation of all the water systems on site. This includes hot and cold-water supplies and drainage.

· To ensure that the Line Manager is kept well informed of all aspects of safety performance, plant performance and customer circumstances which may impact upon the safe, efficient, reliable, and cost-effective operation of the plant

· Adhoc duties as required by your management team

Qualifications;

· Level 2 Plumbing or equivalent

The successful candidate would be required to go through a level of security clearance!
