FM Operations Manager
Location; Stoke on trent
Salary - £40,000- £45,000 per annum
Permanent contract
Monday – Friday – 40 hrs
Urgently looking or an experienced FM Operations Manager to be responsible for managing the delivery of the services on a multi sited Local authority contract, supporting the Account manager with the day-to-day operations of the contract
Aspects of the role will include document control, production of reports, project management, commercial and financial data monitoring and collating, procurement and purchasing, attendance/engagement within client and internal meetings.
Qualifications/ desirable requirements
- Excellent commercial awareness and financial acumen
- Experience in managing high value Lifecycle budgets and document control experience is essential.
- NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications.
- Professional qualifications, or working towards, MBIFM/CMI or similar.
- Demonstrable experience in Project management.
- Successful applicants will be required to complete a level of security clearance
