Mobile Technical Compliance Officer
Location; Reading / Basingstoke RegionCompany vehicle provided
Monday to Friday – 40 hrs
Permanent – Monday – Friday
Salary - £32,000- £36,000 per annum
Working for a leading Multi-National Facilities Maintenance company on an exciting Government contract we are looking for a Mobile Technical Compliance Officer to join their team.
Duties for the Technical Co-ordinator include:- Responsible for managing your diary in order to schedule and arrange site visits in and around your region.
- Provide Support to supervisors, operations and helpdesks,
- Issuing permits to work and maintaining all associated documents
- Working to polices and safety rulings with your region
- Compliance support and competency checks
- Carrying out investigations relating to procedure breaches and incidents
- Listing and reviewing safety equipment on a regular basis
- Attending site audits and review actions plans
- Management of HV and LV systems
- Carry out AP PPM tasks
- Providing Support in hard FM Process and procedure
- Undertake Quality audits
Ideally with experience:
- Experience within a similar role
- Commercial and financially aware
- Experience with current H&S Legislation and processes
- Understanding of asset management
- Valid formal Health & Safety qualification e.g. IOSH
- Qualified electrical and/or mechanical engineer ( BS7671 qualified, City & Guilds engr, ONC, building services, etc.) or equivalent
- Must hold a full UK driving licence
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will also be required to go through a level of security clearance
