Mobile Commercial Plumber
Location; Slough and surrounding areas
Permanent contract
Salary £25,000- £32,000 Van provided
Monday- Friday- 40 hrs
Working on a multi-site local authority contract based in slough and surrounding areas, urgently looking for a Mobile Commercial Plumber to assist with maintenance issues on Commercial plant equipment within prestigious buildings
Duties for the Mobile Plumber are as follows;
- Carry out pre planned and reactive maintenance
- Attend reactive call out in line with KPI’s
- Report into supervisors and Helpdesk frequently
- Maintain, install, and operate, mechanical equipment in line with operational requirements of the sites; this includes but not limited to: Pumps, AHU’s, Plumbing Systems, Water Treatment Systems, Pressurisation Units, Heat Exchangers and Calorifiers.
- Assist with multi skilled maintenance of fabric disciplines
Essential - *NVQ Level 3 plumbing or Similar
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will also be required to go through a level of security clearance
