East London
Monday – Friday Full Time
£11 – £12 per hour

An exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Administrator has arisen working within the London area assisting with a growing facilities management company.
Duties:
- Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial
- Previous use of CAFM systems would be a bonus
- Raising PO’s/ invoices / reports
- Update and maintain documentation and records on in house system
- Liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors
- Respond and action emails in a timely and professional manner
- Obtaining, checking, and uploading statutory certification and engineer’s worksheets
- Chase and manage all Third-Party outstanding faults and progress through to completion
- Responding to queries via shared mailbox and/or telephone
