Based on one Static site in Falmer
SHIFTS- 4 On 4 Off
PAY: £9.17 per hour

An exciting opportunity has arisen for security officers to work on a Prestigious Contract.
We are actively searching for Security Officers, on behalf of a leading Facilities Management Company.

TO BE ELIGIBLE for the role, you must have the following:

• SIA Licence – Door Supervisor & CCTV
• Good Customer Service skills
• Team Player

Responsibilities includes but not limited to –

Provide a ‘best in class’ front of house security service in Main Reception Area and customer service. (The security services operate 365 days per year).

The Security Officer role is a front-line position and will be the first person that any visitor will encounter.

Answering telephones, booking visitors on to site etc.

Face to face contact with all persons entering the building from cleaning colleagues to the Executive Leadership Team Members.

The manner that the Security Officer greets the visitors will have an impact on the perception of the service delivery.

The role will involve interaction with many different types of individuals with unique and individual challenges that dealing with human beings create.

One of these challenges will revolve around couriers and delivery drivers with incorrect deliveries.
