Assistant Facilities Manager
Permanent - up to £34,000 per annum
Monday to Friday- 40 hours per week
Location; Greenwich
We are urgently recruiting for an Assistant Facilities Manager with strong administration skills to join a close team in South East London.- Be responsible for managing the Contract Support, Administration and Cleaning services delivered at Ravensbourne.
- Have day to day responsibility for the cleaning and contract support.
- Oversee the staff on a day to day basis delivering these services.
- Drive improvement programmes and focus on developing a customer-focused service.
- Develop close working relationships with other members of the team and customer base.
- Manage the Helpdesk.
Qualifications + Required /Desired Experience
- Proven experience in the management of FM services, leading on the Front of House and 'Customer Experience'
- Direct labour responsibility for staff, demonstrating previous experience of dealing with performance and absence management.
- Experience of KPI led contracts (including negotiation, compilation and application), performance monitoring and report writing.
- Experience and knowledge of systems and processes, including finance, QSE, Health & Safety, and EMS.
- SIA Security license (desirable)
- IOSH/NEBOSH - Managing Safety
