Temp to Perm
London; Bellshill
Hourly rate £10.20 per hour
Salary £21,216 per annum
Monday - Friday 0700-1500 + 0800-1600 + 0900 - 1700 - Office based
Looking for a Maintenance Co-Ordinator to work for a exciting Dynamic company based in Bellshill , The portfolio manages an exciting reactive site with High end clients, the work environment is a vibrant and energetic looking to identify a customer service driven Coordinator to join their established growing team,
As the Maintenance Coordinator you're responsible for the planning and dispatching of Reactive Works, Raising Purchase Orders, Completing work orders and adding log notes
Duties for the Maintenance Coordinator may include;
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
- Dealing with queries and complaints quickly and efficiently
- Working on scheduling workbench
- Dealing with Invoices/ Raising purchase orders
- Chase quotes and input timesheets on a weekly basis.
- Provide service to internal and external clients.
- Generic administration duties
The successful applicant will be required to go through standard security clearance
