Hard Services Manager
Location: Southwark
Contract up to end March 2018
Salary: up to £40,000 per annum
Hours: Mon-Fri- 40 hours flexibility to work additional hours
Working for a leading Facilities Maintenance Company, you will be managing the hard service of a prestigious and high security contract across London within the perimeter on the M25
Accountable for 60 sites within the M25 manage a small team of engineers, Supervisors, Sub-Contractors and Operation/ Helpdesk Staff, Ensuring all services are provided to the highest of standards, achieving all set KPIs.
Core Responsibilities of the Role:
- Encouraging the teams to meet targets.
- Coach and develop the teams
- Report Writing
- KPI performance reports
- Provide a strong customer service
- Ensure all staff have the appropriate training
- Ensure HR procedures are adhered to
- Ensure compliance with relevant Health & Safety Legislation
- Ensure all Company HS&E policies and procedures are adhered to
- Manging a budget
Prospective Candidates will have…
- Managerial experience within an engineering environment
- Financial Awareness
- Understanding of Building Services and Critical Plant Equipment
- Knowledge of IOSH/NEBOSH preferable
