Maintenance Scheduler/Call Handler required for a social housing contract in Twickenham
Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm
Salary £22,000 per annum
We are looking for an experienced Call Handler/Scheduler in the social housing sector to work on a large contract in Twickenham. As a Call Handler/Scheduler, you will be taking inbound calls & regularly liaising with tenants/customers to resolve any issues/queries they may have. Other duties include;- Picking up inbound calls from tenant, booking maintenance appointments
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Ensure engineers have the correct information required to complete the job
- Updating online diaries and schedules
- Answering all queries politely
- Ensuring relevant data is updated on a regular basis
- Communicate any concerns regarding the quality of works to be carried out
- Administrative duties any other ad-hoc roles that may arise
Previous experience in the housing sector is essential.
