Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced maintenance supervisor to join a rapidly growing maintenance company based in Kingston. The successful maintenance supervisor will be based 40% of their time in the office, organising multi-traders and carrying out admin duties i.e checking and updating inspection reports and the other 60% of their time, will be based giving tool box talks, carrying out pre-inspections and post inspections in social housing properties.
This role is Monday to Friday, working 8am - 5pm and a van will be provided.
The right maintenance supervisor will need a full UK driving licence and will ideally have social housing experience.
