Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative
Location; Newcastle-under-Lyme (Van Provided)
Salary £20,500 per annum dependent on experience
Monday to Friday - 40 hour week
Temp to Perm
Are you a Grounds Worker looking for a new challenge, an established Leading facilities maintenance company are looking for a Grounds Maintenance operative to join their team within the Newcastle-under- Lyme area
Main Responsibilities for the role include;
- Maintaining site landscaping such as grass cutting turfing
- Maintaining lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf and irrigation.
- Trimming trees, hedges and shrubs, and preventing and eliminating weeds.
- seasonal planting
- Operating and maintaining hand tools, strimmer, pressure washer & blower etc
- Keeping grounds free from rubbish and waste and ensuring all site bins are emptied and changed
- Removing snow, gritting of pathways, car parks and roads etc during winter period
You will be required to go through security vetting if successful in the application process
