Voids Inspector - MOBILE

Locations covering - London/ Kent (with the M25 + Kent)

Temp to perm/ Contract options available

Monday - Friday - 40 hrs per week

Salary £30,000- £34,000 per annum

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Inspector to be based local to London to manage the London/ Kent and surrounding areas. This role is to be a part of the housing response contract;

Duties but not limited to;

Inspect and Survey Voids housing stock.
Create/ Raise work for internal staff and contractors
Use Schedule of rates and agreed value to create specifications for contractors and quoted works for subcontractors.
Control the costs of such items as work hours, equipment, vehicles, stock and tools, thus minimising wastage and avoidable expenditure

Requirements

Experience within a housing management environment
Knowledge of schedule of rates
Driving Licence
Relevant H&S Certificates/ SSTS, IOSH

Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will be required to go through a high level of security clearance and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.
