Maintenance Helpdesk Coordinator
Temp to Perm
Bury St Edmunds, Barton Mills Area
Hourly rate up to £11 per hour
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Looking for a Maintenance Helpdesk Coordinator to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance company based in Bury St Edmunds on an exciting yet highly sensitive contract within the public sector.
As the Maintenance Helpdesk Coordinator you're responsible collecting correct information and giving great customer service, updating systems and monitoring tasks.
Duties for the Maintenance Helpdesk Coordinator may include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Dealing with compliance and contracts
- Dealing with queries and complaints quickly and efficiently
- Dealing with Invoices/ Raising purchase orders
- Preparing and submitting quotations and distributing reports.
- Chase quotes and input timesheets on a weekly basis.
- Ensuring any relevant calls are transferred to the relevant department/team
- Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
- Logging notes to internal systems
