Facilities Helpdesk Administrator
Monday - Friday
09:00am- 17:00pm
Hourly Rate £8.50
Location Westminster
1 month contract may be extended subjected to requirements
Duties
-Provide day to day management of the CAFM system to ensure we meet our contractual obligations.
-Monitor and manage outstanding job sheets and produce backlog reports to ensure the CAFM system is up to date at all times.
-Liaise with Technical Staff, Supervisors, Managers and Building Users to ensure accurate, relevant and timely communication is maintained at all times.
-Generate detailed monthly reports from the CAFM system for incorporation into the Skanska client Monthly report.
-Assist in the collating of and production of the monthly reports as required by General Manager.
-Provide administrative support
-Manage the parking log and communicate via security.
-Issue, distribute and process PPMs on monthly basis.
-Raise remedial jobs
-Organisation of files and folders
-Run reports on outstanding PPM
Requirements:
Good understanding of CAFM system
