Facilities Maintenance Engineering Supervisor

Location- Brighton- Falmer

Permanent

Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience

Monday to Friday 40 hours

Urgently recruiting for a FM Engineering Supervisor to assist leading a campus based in Brighton, supervising this role will report into the Hard Services Manager.

The main duties and responsibilities are:

  • Responsible to the hard services manager for the planning and delivery of reactive and planned maintenance tasks, the candidate will also be responsible for dealing with sub-contractors.
  • The main focus of the PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) work will primarily focus on Statutory maintenance across most of the portfolio of facilities which is full PPM provision, the works are but not limited to the following types of works: Emergency lighting tests, A/C (split units), Tap temperatures, distribution board inspection, FCU maintenance, air handling units, Fire Alarms (not weekly tests), pumps etc and subcontractor management, moving of materials / deliveries as required.
  • Client Facing
  • Ensure compliance with contract KPIs and SLAs with the support of the Engineering Supervisor.
