London: Birmingham (Coleshill Area)
Hourly rate £11.80 per hour

Looking for a PPM Planner to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance company based in Birmingham.
As the PPM Planner you're responsible for the planning, coordinating and dispatching of planned Works, Raising Purchase Orders, completing work orders and adding log notes.
Duties for the PPM Planner may include;
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
- Dealing with queries and complaints quickly and efficiently
- Dealing with Invoices/ Raising purchase orders
- Preparing and submitting quotations and distributing reports.
- Chase quotes and close down work orders
- Ensuring any relevant calls are transferred to the relevant department/team
- Logging notes/adding data to internal systems
- Generic administration duties
