Night Shift Helpdesk Coordinator
Location: Southwark (SE1)
Start date: ASAP
Ongoing- Longterm Contract
Hourly rate- £13.46- £13.95per hour
Shift Pattern - 4 on 4 off 7pm to 7am
Working for a leading Facilities Maintenance Company, on a security sensitive contract based in Southwark, we are currently looking for a Night Shift Helpdesk Coordinator
The Night Shift Helpdesk Coordinator will be responsible for handling maintenance works/ scheduling for a high profile security sensitive contract
The duties for the Night Shift Helpdesk Coordinator
- Prioritising maintenance requests
- Taking inbound calls and managing emergency Maintenance calls for multiple sites
- Scheduling specialised engineers/ sub-contractors to correct work and sites
- Re-routing calls to the correct department/team as appropriate.
- Submitting requests
- Liaising with engineers, contractors and clients
- Closing down jobs on the system once completed
- Recording the request on the relevant system
- Ensuring that all queries are resolved quickly and efficiently
- General administration.
Due to this position being a high security cleared role please be aware you will be required to go through a high level of security clearance
It is essential that candidates are able to demonstrate past experience with working in a Night Shift role
