Maintenance Call Handler
Stoke-on-Trent
Temp to Perm
£9.50 Per Hour
40-hour week - Monday - Friday
An exciting opportunity has arisen working on an exciting contract based within the Stoke-on Trent area assisting with a growing facilities management team.
Duties can include :
- Provide a high level of customer service dealing with any queries or concerns.
- Booking in Corrective and Planned Maintenance works
- Allocating Jobs to engineers or subcontractors
- Ensuring work orders are completed within timeframes
- Raising purchase orders
- Monitoring CAFM system to ensure all tasks are being managed correctly
- Responding to queries via shared mailbox and telephone
