Lobby Host/ Receptionist
Long-term contract / temp to perm
Location- Westminster
Hourly rate; £10.92 p/h
Monday to Friday- 40 hrs per week (hours 8.00 till 17.00)
Urgently looking for an enthusiastic customer focused Lobby Host/ Receptionist to assist on a prestigious site within a very swish commercial building based in Westminster.
Duties may include;
- Welcoming visitors
- Explaining use of kiosks
- Escorting them around site
- Keeping reception area clean and tidy
- Reporting faults
- Issuing visitors with passes
- Understanding the visitor pass system
- Queue management
- Calling the hosts
- Maintaining a professional look
