Planner/Scheduler
High Wycombe, £21,000 per annum
Temp-Perm
Monday-Friday, 8-5pm

We are looking for an experienced Planner/Scheduler for a social housing maintenance contract based in High Wycombe. As a Planner/Scheduler, you will be liaising with the public/engineers and scheduling repair and maintenance works operative/subcontractor appointments, particularly Electrical/Gas.

As a Planner/Scheduler, your day to day duties will include;

  • Liaising with subcontractors and operatives to schedule appointments/repairs
  • Ensure engineer jobs are completed on time and deliver the highest level of customer care
  • Ensure engineers have the correct information required to complete the job
  • Managing operative diaries
  • Regularly liaising with tenants/residents
  • Answer all engineer queries promptly and politely
  • Prioritising emergency works
  • Ensuring relevant data is updated on a regular basis
  • Communicate any concerns regarding the quality of works to be carried out
  • Administrative duties any other adhoc roles that may arise

Essential Criteria;

  • Previous planningscheduling experience for a social housing company
  • Good knowledge of computer softwares including MS Word, Excel and internal programs
