Plumber/Carpenter required for a rapidly expanding maintenance company on a insurance contract on planned repairs. Ideal candidates will have had experience on domestic maintenance and refurbishment contracts and be confident with any domestic plastering repairs.
The suitable Plumber/Carpenter will ideally have a couple of other trades like carpentry, plumbing, tiling, flooring or decorating to be more versatile for the company, and also so they can complete jobs with fewer operatives required on site. This is a temp to perm role which will require you to have your own van and tools for the first three months.
This client will interview and start the right person at short notice and will provide full induction, weekly pay and the possibility of a permanent job after 3 months of temping. This client has had this contract for some time now and the work is planned very well in advance.
The successful Plumber/Carpenter will have relevant experience and MUST have their own van to use for the first 3 months.
