Trainee Resourcer
To start ASAP
Location - Chertsey
Hours 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Salary £18,000- £20,000 per annum
Working for a growing recruitment company we are looking for a Trainee Resourcer to join the team. The Trainee Resourcer will be assisting the team with recruitment processes for multiply clients and contracts
The Trainee Resourcer will be required to carry out the following duties:
- Resourcing and screening of possible candidates to meet with the account manager
- Sending interview confirmations
- Ensuring relevant documents from candidates are saved onto the internal system
- Providing administrative support to the account manager
- Advertising of job roles
Skills
- The successful Resourcer will be required to have strong organisation skills, used to dealing with reactive work, is confident making calls and a good telephone manor displaying customer service skills.
