Caretaker
Location Harrow
Salary up to £12.50ph
Monday to Friday - 40-hour week
Temp to perm
An established Leading facilities maintenance company are looking for a Caretaker to work within a high-profile commercial site.
Main Responsibilities for the role include:
- Supporting the team with Minor PPM / Reactive tasks
- Admin duties such as cleaning rotas/holiday organisation/ audits
- Ensuring H&S is always being adhered to
- Organisation of supplies/maintaining storage
- Janitorial duties & ensuring cleaing is always to a high standard
- Ensuring urgent jobs are responded to as quickly as possible
You will be required to go through security vetting if successful in the application process
