Permanent Position
Up to £26,000 per annum
Richmond Upon Thames
Our client is looking for someone to join their busy HR team. Needing to have experience of working in a past-paced administrative role and with strong knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. It would be very advantageous, if you have experience in a similar role in another organisation and HR systems knowledge and specifically cascade.
The role involves tasks such as.
- Maintain employee databases with accurate information
- Generate letters and other correspondence relating to Payroll and role changes.
- Manage the recruitment process from job advert to organising and attending assessment centres to issuing offer letters and employment contracts.
- Raise orders for goods and services, and arrange for invoices to be paid
- Attend meetings and take minutes as required to support the team and upskill own knowledge.
