Shift Maintenance Call Handler
Core Shift - Wednesday to Sunday 13:30- 22:00
37.5 hrs per week
Location; Central London (Goodge St.)
Long term Contract - 6 months (potential temp to perm)
Other shifts 24/7 SHIFTS (6.30am- 15.30pm/ 13.30pm till 22.00pm/ 22.00pm- 6.30am)
Hourly £10.39 per hour (Overtime available at x1.5)
Working for a leading Facilities Management company based in Central London, we are looking to recruit experienced Maintenance Call Handler to assist on an up-and-coming Public Sector contract.
Ideally you will have experience within a busy call centre environment, accepting incoming calls and scheduling based on order of priority & severity.
The calls you will be taking will be from within a medical environment, where you will be responsible for scheduling work orders within a hospital to maintenance staff, or to coordinate the movement of Porters across the hospital.
This role is extremely reactive, as you will be taking high priority emergency calls at times - so you must be able to work under pressure, use sound judgement to make decisions & be able to justify the scheduled order of works to be undertaken.
