Planner/Scheduler required on a social housing contract
Based in Kingston upon Thames
Salary £20,000 per annum
Full-time on a permanent basis

We are looking for an experienced Planner/Scheduler for a social housing contract based in Kingston, Surrey. As a Planner/Scheduler, you will be liaising with the public and scheduling repair and maintenance works & operative subcontractor appointments, particularly Electrical & Gas.

As a Planner/Scheduler your day to day duties will include;

  • Liaising with subcontractors and operatives to schedule appointments/repairs
  • First point of contact for resident helpline
  • Managing operative diaries
  • Regularly liaising with tenants & residents
  • Prioritising emergency works
  • Ensuring relevant data is updated on a regular basis
  • Communicate any concerns regarding the quality of works to be carried out
  • Ensure operatives have the right materials to complete the works
  • Administrative duties & any other ad-hoc roles that may arise


Essentials/Experience;

  • 2 years' experience as a planner/scheduler within a housing/construction company
  • Experience liaising with the public and scheduling operatives
  • Experience liaising with and scheduling appointments for electrical contractors
  • Experience liaising with gas operatives is desirable, but not essential
  • MS Word/Excel Literate
